Matches your interests to the demands of the work world.
This short survey measures how similar you are to 6 basic occupational types known as Holland codes: artistic, conventional, enterprising, investigative, realistic, or social. You can then use these findings to match your personality type to potential careers.
A common personality test used by employers across the nation. There's no charge, but registration is required.
Identify the work ethics and values important to you.

Identify your current skills, and then use the results to match them with careers that might interest you.
After you've assessed skills and interests, it's time to find matching careers and occupations.
To use this tool, it's helpful to first complete the Career Key. Then, you can enter at least 3 personality types, since we're all a mixture of the 6 basic types outlined in the Career Key, to find occupations that meet your needs.
This tool helps you match your interests to careers; details the specific training and skills needed for the occupations of your choosing; lists colleges, universities, technology centers, and other training facilities that can provide these skills; and more. OKCIS is currently available only to those who are affiliated with an institution that has a license to use the software. Check with your school to find out if it is available to you. Grow Oklahoma hopes to be able to make OKCIS available to all Oklahomans in the near future.
After completing some of the assessments, you can start to explore different careers by looking at specific occupations that your assessments show are a good match. Here are 4 ways to explore by occupation:
1. Search by Keyword:Go
